If you need to cancel your booked float trip you must cancel 7 days before your trip in order to receive a full refund. If you are past the 7 days you will receive a raincheck for a date of your choosing.
If you or Steele River Kayaks need to cancel your float trip due to bad weather or river flooding there will be no refund issued but a rain check of your desired date will be applied.
Rain Checks are good the current season year of original booking date.
Steele River Kayaks reserves the right to cancel your float trip due to bad weather for the safety of you and the safety of others.
